Vorgalinoth provides interior styling and design consultation services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service cancellations, refunds, and modifications. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a booked consultation or service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For project-based services, cancellation terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, work that has already commenced cannot be cancelled, but we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of service delivery. Consultation fees may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance and the consultation has not yet taken place.
For completed design work, refunds are generally not available as the service has been delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with clients to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Service Modifications
We understand that project requirements may change. If you need to modify your service package or project scope, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust the service plan, and any price differences will be discussed and agreed upon before changes are implemented.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We work collaboratively throughout the design process, sharing progress updates and seeking your approval at key stages. If you have concerns about any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can address them promptly.
We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues and ensure you are happy with the final result. This may include design revisions, additional consultations, or other adjustments as appropriate.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or find alternative solutions.
Third-Party Products
If we assist you in purchasing furniture, decor items, or other products from third-party suppliers, the return and refund policies of those suppliers will apply. We are not responsible for returns or refunds of items purchased directly from third-party retailers, even if recommended by us.
If we purchase items on your behalf as part of our service, return policies will be discussed and agreed upon before purchase. Any return requests for such items must be made within the supplier's specified return period.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding our services or this Return Policy, we encourage you to contact us first to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts in accordance with our Terms of Use.
